Which version of the agent will you be using?
(I don't have easy access to Solaris kit, so I don't really know
what gets installed by default)

The first task is probably to monitor the current usage,
and decide what you regard as "high utilization" values for these four.

Once you've decided on suitable threshold values, you should be able to
use the DisMan event monitoring support to trigger a suitable trap when
these are exceeded.
   See the section "Active Monitoring" in the snmpd.conf man page for details.
