I think we do have Disman support.  I believe we are running Net-SNMP SDK

Ah!   That's not good news.
Version 5.0.9 is over seven years old now
A lot of the useful features (including the DisMan Event Monitor
support) have only been added since that release

The simplest approach would probably be to upgrade the agent to
something a bit more recent.
