I am the one who decides for Fedora and it's a bit too late, final RC is
being composed right now and this is not important enough to stop whole
Fedora. Of course, I can release 0-day update, still we will have bad
net-snmp-libs.rpm on .iso images and I'd like to avoid breaking API/ABI
after release.

So, my proposal:

For Net-SNMP, +1 to release 5.6.1.1 with u_long, 5.7 with int32 and big
release note (and soname bump).

For Fedora, keep int32 as it is now, with Fedora specific patches if
necessary. No soname bumps in stable releases :(.
