Our esteemed leader takes a fairly hard-line stance on backwards
compatibility, so it's unlikely that anything will be dropped.

We've really just got one person that does occasional cleanup of the BSD side,
so we'd be more than glad to get more help in that arena.

What release are you upgrading to? 5.7, I hope...
