Also, for more convinient usage possibly would be better to add an option
to configure, which can be used this way
--enable-ip-binary-format=input
--enable-ip-binary-format=output
--enable-ip-binary-format=full
I'm just not familiar with autoconf syntax, yet, so can't do it myself
