That's great ! After having set up the build environment as documented in README.win32 all you have to do to generate an installer is to run the batch file win32/dist/build-binary.bat. What's needed first and most is to test the generated installer thoroughly. Any detected issues can either be reported as a bug or even better, if you know how to fix the issues you run into, a patch can be posted to the patch tracker.
