Compiling netsnmp on AIX 4.3 has been a lengthy
process fraught with errors. I got configure to run by
creating an empty libperfstat.h file. Now when I run
make it finds all kinds of .h files missing and is now
bombing on snmp_client.c. All I want is snmpd to
compile so I can use snmpd to fork some scripts to
render cpu, memory and disk. Is there a way to make
only the snmpd binary be produced in this process ? I
realize this may be a futile task, but I need to make
headway.
