Hello, just a few minutes before i read your reply, i set the transport_data = NULL and the transport_data_length = 0.
And this works. Now i can get my trap and forward it to another ip address. Also the destination port can be changed with the peername = "ip:port". I need this functionality because i like to receive e.g. 9 traps and drop 10th trap and so on. I also like to forward any other SNMP-PDU, not only traps. So thanks a lot for this hint. Now my next question is, if this is the right way to forward the pdus? Or what is transport_data about? Perhaps that this works is a random effect?
