No - it's a standard header file, applicable to *all* architectures.

There isn't a seperate header file for Windows.
All header files are applicable to all architectures.

The *only* exception is 'net-snmp-config.h', which is
tailored for each particular environment (either dynamically
by "configure", or hand-crafted in the case of Windows).

Everything else is used unchanged - relying on the settings
in the 'net-snmp-config.h' file to control which bits are
relevant for that particular architecture.

I'll pass on what's wrong with your particular installation.
Maybe the Windows experts can throw more light on that.

But there's only one copy of the 'net-snmp-includes.h' file,
which is just as applicable on Windows systems as it is on
Linux, Solaris, *BSD, HP-UX, etc, etc, etc.
