If you extract the .tar.gz file (net-snmp-5.2.1.tar.gz) then you should have everything you need. See the README.WIN32 file for compiling instructions.


If you installed the Windows version using the Windows installer (net-snmp-5.2.1-1.win32.exe) then all you have are the binaries. net-snmp-config.h IS included in the binary, so you can see what options were used when it was compiled, but you need the .tar.gz to compile yourself.
