OK - that would tend to rule out access control problems.

So I'll repeat the earlier advice - try working through
the checklist from the FAQ.
I'd also suggest you run a "snmpgetnext" request rather
than "snmpget". You still haven't said anything about
the structure of your MIB, but I'd be *very* surprised if
snmpget .... ipstb
worked.
