No.
The Net-SNMP agent can run as a SMUX master agent
(though this code is rather old, and not really being
maintained).  But it doesn't support running as a
SMUX sub-agent.

The current agent extensibility mechanism is AgentX,
which the Net-SNMP agent supports in both master and
subagent roles.  Or the Net-SNMP agent can both proxy
requests to another agent, or be proxied from another
agent.

But we don't support running as a SMUX client.
