I tried with 5.0.9, which is fairly old now, but happened to be available. The command that you give above seems to use the old v4 style of specifying community strings. That would tend to indicate that you're using a 4.2.x release. We'd *strongly* recommend that you upgrade. The latest release on that line is well over 2 years old, and we're about to close it down completely. All current development work is concentrated on the v5 code (and has been for some time).
