I presume that's a typo, and you *did* include the "-l"  before
"netsnmp" and "crypto"

That's because you've also added the '-c' flag.
Try

   gcc  snmpdemoapp.c -o snmpdemoapp -L/usr/local/lib -lnetsnmp -lcrypto -lm
