The name of the MIB module is probably  "MYHW-MIB"
Try
     MIBS=+MYHW-MIB


MYHW-MIB.mib is probably the name of the MIB *file*
that contains the MIB module.   The "MIBS" environment
variable takes the module name, not the name of the file.
