The Net-SNMP header files should mostly include the necessary wrapper
declarations to allow the libraries to be used within a C++ application.
If you find anywhere this is missing, please let us know so that we can
fix it.

   If you're looking for a fully object-oriented SNMP toolkit, then Net-SNMP
probably isn't the best place to start.   Rather than trying to shoehorn our
code into a model where it doesn't really belong - you might do better
looking at other toolkits which were specifically designed in this way.
Frank Fock's SNMP++ toolkit would be an obvious candidate.
