Whenever someone asks about SMUX, we fail to turn up anyone who has
examined the SMUX support lately. Hopefully someone will check it out at some
point, but for now we may not be able to help.
List - does anyone know the last time SMUX was known good? Perhaps a
net-snmp->net-snmp proxy could be useful..?
