Go the project website (www.net-snmp.org), rather than the SourceForge pages, and follow the "Download" link in the navigation menu. One of the options on that page is SourceForge FTP site. This contains *all* of the tarballs we've ever released (including pre-release and release candidates!) You should be able to pick the 5.1 tarball up from there.
