I have worked on SNMP v3 a couple of years back. I think it was
sourceforge.net. You can download "net-snmp-5.1.2" win32 package. This will
most probably solve your problem.

Hi This is Jason from Southern California. I'm working on using SNMP v3 for
Microprocessor LPC2468. We've already ordered SNMP v3 Agent for the
Microprocessor. Now I want to communicate with the Microcontroller using my own
GUI application ( which is a Windows form in Visual C ). I guess I need to have
source codes for SNMP Manager now. Is there any website that I can get codes
for SNMP manager in C language ? ThanksJason
