Given that you are posting to the Net-SNMP mailing list,
I presume that you are interersted in the Net-SNMP software.

Note that this project is primarily an SNMP programming
toolkit (with a selection of simple command-line based
management tools). It doesn't provide much in the way
of graphical management applications - though you could
certainly use the library toolkit to develop your own.
