   $ man snmpd.conf

       dontLogTCPWrappersConnects
              If the snmpd was compiled with TCP  Wrapper  support,  it
              logs  every  connection  made  to the agent. This setting
              disables  the  log  messages  for  accepted  connections.
              Denied connections will still be logged.
