Ummm... I'm running out of ideas, now.
Is anything being logged by the agent?
Try shutting the agent down, and restarting it manually using
snmpd -f -Le -Drun -Ducd-snmp/pass .....
(plus any other options that you might need).
Then run the same request again.
What debug output does the agent report?
