I am getting this for error:

Could not open /proc/net/if_inet6
Turning on AgentX master support.
Error: Couldn't open a master agentx socket to listen on ():

Any ideas ?

    ...do you perhaps mean "master agentx"?

    What errors does it give?  It may be useful to try the "-f -Le" flags to 
get everything on the console.

    It's included by default.  Try running `net-snmp-config 
--configure-options` to see if agentx was excluded.  If not, you probably 
already have it, and may just need to configure it correctly.
