I'm sorry that no-one has been able to help you with these problems.

Unfortunately, what little time that I've managed to make available for
Net-SNMP work recently has primarily been taken up by getting the
recent 5.2.6 and 5.4.3 releases sorted out.
So personally, I have not been able to spend much time on mailing-list
support - and hence mostly the questions that I could answer quickly.

Hopefully, with these releases now complete, and real work demands
slackening off a little, I should be able to address some of the more
recalcitrant problems, such as yours.

I've had a quick experiment with the lldpPortConfigTable.c code that
you posted a while back. However, I'm finding that the agent crashes
as soon as it receives the second request for an object within this tree.
This does not sound like the behaviour that you are reporting, so I must
be working with different code.

It would probably be useful if you could send me a copy of the most
recent files, and a reminder of the exact behaviour that you are seeing.
If I can duplicate the problem, that makes it much more likely that I
might be able to suggest a way forward.

Dave
