The MIB is called 'UCD-DISKIO-MIB', and the table is diskIOTable.
See the directory 'mibs' in the Net-SNMP source tree.

No - it won't.
  If you walk the interfaces group, then that's what you'll get -
information about traffic on the network interfaces.   Nothing
else, just network traffic statistics
  If you want information about disk I/O, then you need to
walk the diskIOTable:

   snmpwalk -v 1 -c cci-ro  3par   UCD-DISKIO-MIB::diskIOTable
