You can do this using command-line options.
See the section 'LOGGING OPTIONS' in the snmpcmd(1) man page.

You can probably also handle this via the 'logOptions' config token.
This is documented in the snmptrapd.conf(5) man page,
though it appears to be more widely applicable.
