Why do you say that?
A quick browse on the PRTG website seems to indicate that it
should work fine with Windows 2008.

And as far as retrieving information *using* SNMP is concerned,
it makes no difference whether the target system is running Windows,
Linux, Solaris, AIX or whatever.   That's the whole point of having
SNMP as a standard.

It should do, yes.
