Can you be a bit more specific about what you mean by "does not work".
Does the agent not run at all?
Does it run but return no information (not even from the system group)?
Does it run and return some information, but not everything you need?

Where did you install it?

What happens if you query the agent using the command-line tools?
(snmpwalk, and friends).
Try this both from the Windows machine itself, and from other
systems on the network (e.g. the machine that runs PRTG)
A report such as "it doesn't really give us much to work with
to help you get things working properly.
