The Perl modules on the 5.7 branch build fine here with IPv6 support
enabled. And I know only one cause for the "error C2079: 'sin6' uses
undefined struct 'sockaddr_in6'" message, namely that <winsock2.h> is
included from the Perl headers with _WIN32_WINNT below 0x500. If upgrading
to the latest ActivePerl version is not an option for you, you will have to
dig around in the ActivePerl header files yourself to find out why these
header files do not allow to enable the IPv6 definitions in <winsock2.h>.
