The Perl SNMP Extension modules from CPAN are called the "Perl modules"
inside the Net-SNMP project. That's definitely not the same as embedding
Perl in Net-SNMP.

You can define it e.g. to 1. If you succeed in porting Perl embedding
support to Windows, you are welcome to post the necessary changes as a patch
on the Net-SNMP patch tracker.
