   $ man snmpd.conf
      :
        trapsess [SNMPCMD_ARGS] HOST
              provides  a  more  generic  mechanism  for  defining
notification destinations
              SNMPCMD_ARGS should be the command-line options required for an
              equivalent  snmptrap  (or snmpinform)  command to send the desired
              notification.  The option -Ci can be used (with -v2c or
-v3) to generate
              an INFORM notification rather  than  an  unacknowledged TRAP.
