Which is presumably the location used by the original, vendor-supplied
version of the agent.
But in your earlier posting you said that you'd built the agent using
configure --prefix=/usr
which means that it would be looking for configuration settings in /usr/etc/snmp
(and similar)

It's even telling you where to put the config files.
Do any of these match the location of your configuration file?

them and hope they'll go away!
