That was the same question I asked here about 4 weeks ago. The short answer is,
"No, there is no queuing mechanism."

Is there something like a trap queue?
If I generate a trap but the transport is not ready yet (for example on
reboot), is it possible to queue the traps and send them when the interface is
up?
