Where, when does exactly the AES encryption / decryption key (128 bits) take 
part during the encryption /decryption process, because based in the RFC3826, 
aparently both processes are based in the use of the initialization vector 
which is formed independently of the AES key (with  the snmpEngineTime, 
snmpEngineBoots and an arbitrary 64 bits value initialized at boot time).
Please someone have any idea of this?
