Technically, you could add a 'UserMedia' node to capture microphone input.
It would take a bit of work to incorporate it into the whole chain,
depending on what you wanted to do with it. If you only wanted to modulate
the input with the lfo and filter, that would be the least work. But if you
want to modulate the input with the oscillators that would require
reconfiguring the whole chain and adding additional nodes.
