Re: Below, that may be (re calling the car etc.), but the situation in Pvd, which I was responding to, has to do with corruption, payouts, bankruptcies, various organizations etc. If it wasn't parking lot it would be something else like hotels, clubs, and bars, and perhaps it is. We don't talk about that publicly while we're living here, at least I don't. The place is scary on a deeper level.
The rich can always live on the East Side or other RI cities like Newport, Watch Hill, etc.
