Hi james,

It is a great quote, but I always hvae problems with the hegemonic use of the term 'man', it seems to exclude 'woman', so I have changed it slightly below ;-)

"to be a hamster without the resources to be ahead of others is to be
without the Way of hamster, and a hamster without the Way of hamster is to be
called
an obsolete hamster."

the above kind of adds a furry pal element to it...

but if one's inner needs lean more to a culinary consciousness, then perhaps:

"to be a pizza without the resources to be ahead of others is to be
without the Way of pizza, and a pizza without the Way of pizza is to be called
an obsolete pizza."

one word changes all...

marc

nice quote:

"to be a man without the resources to be ahead of others is to be
without the Way of Man, and a man without the Way of Man is to be called
an obsolete man."

wondering...
