In the actual workshop, I got a handle on the DMX tube lighting and
understanding matrix control of grid LEDs. Accomplish for a non maths
person like me.

At the end of the workshop, I was playing with a tube light and sensors.

I took photos of the workshop, but can't find them off hand.

For the qmedia open studios last spring. Nanda and I made light boxes using
6 tube lights and using an IR sensor so the colors changed based on the
distance you are from the boxes.
only pix I could find off hand.

Nanda & I have designs on making a light boxes into clock since in the
basement there is no sense of time. trying to decide what type of "time" we
want to represent.

So far, I have only taken two workshops at Space & enjoyed both. The most
recent was a kinect superhero one. I had not used kinect before and it got
me up and going and was fun.

Check out the video of Nic and Jesson. I love Nic's superhero she made a
Lara Croft with Rainbow Shooting Crotch action power!
