thank you for the birthday greeting,
yes, from what i gather from people I know, I'm well on the way to death, 
a few notes and people keeping me going. like all of us but birthday 
milestones bring this home to me. but then i'm obsessive and depressive 
which doesn't help either.

and definitely, i think, lose their pulse, sometimes i think the whole 
planet's winding down. (of course it is!)
