Alan;
I certainly agree with you. If iyour work any culturally redeeming
value, which I'm sure it does, then what Google is doing is
unconstitutional.
We fought this battle before, with banned books. It's a very important
fight! There must be an organization whose lawyers you can turn to for help?

There's another issue which I've mentioned before. Google owns
YouTube. I've been banned by YouTube without due process, recourse, or
even knowning what the charges are. I fought the issue for a while
until my 'case' was outsourced and I kept receiving cut-and-paste
replies threatening me with Federal prosecution. 80 videos were taken
down. They were ART. One of them they found problematic, but never
discussed the issue and I'm not sure which video it was. Before that
they told me Viacom was asking for the video/s to be taken down. I
fought that part of it and won. The point is that Google supports only
a CERTAIN KIND OF ART, and god forbid you do something away from the
Kristevan 'clean and proper body' - you're out. Btw this happened
years ago and I still can't get reinstated. Google can go to hell.
They're evil. They're cleansing the earth for Google.
