May I suggest looking at meta metrics? Is there such a thing?

Oh... they exist. They won "best place to work" award by the Triangle Business Journal. That's a big deal. Their address is MetaMetrics... Triangle Business Park. Hey, wouldn't it be funny if the award was judged using metrics, and the company they used just happened to be... MetaMetrics! #justsayin #bigif #nonseriouscontribution #noneedtoberude

and public assessment to help organisations gain a richer insight into
the quality of their work.

pilots in England. This next phase will explore how they might work when
  delivered at scale.


You are invited to be one of the 150 National Portfolio Organisations

The information gained through Quality Metrics is complementary to that
  already obtained through Audience Finder. All organisations
participating in the Quality Metrics are required to continue using
Audience Finder.
