What do you mean with "Xen 4" support? PCI+USB passthrough with IOMMU? RAS features like CPU/memory hotplug? machine check exceptions? Something else?
A good part of all Xen's features are not really bound to Xen, rather to Intel/AMD latest features :) Each feature could be a project in itself, most of them require good knowledge of x86 ports and are in the "1-2 month" work range.
