If you mean allow remote access, then that won't meet the security requirements for builds to be hosted on ftp.netbsd.org. If you mean donate computers and mail them someplace, then we'd have find find someplace to put them with power cooling and networking and someone to manage pbulk on them. The TNF build servers are modern hardware (amd64 and arch64) that are relatively compact in terms of computation/m^3 and computation/J. Retrocomputing servers tend not to be like that and require more hosting resources. You might want to set up pbulk yourself and build bulk-small, and put those up for ftp, and we can post the link. Probably more appropriate for port-foo, but if you can build but not host, somebody else on the list might be able to host and not build (just random rambling there).
