it recommends to disable dir_index and ext_attr features at the moment of filesystem creation. mkfs.ext2 -O^dir_index,^ext_attr /dev/device I am considering to recreate the ext2 filesystem disabling those two parameters for maximum NetBSD/Linux compatibility. Regards. Ramiro.
