When I go here (after logging in to this site):

I see buttons “Edit | Delete | Clone” but this is for Version 8.1.
When I follow link to the 10.0 one (which I think was what came up for
use in 11.0 testing workflow), I get to here:
http://netbeans-vm.apache.org/synergy/client/app/#/title/java_code_completion/10.0
And the buttons are replaced with a message “Closed for structure
changes”.
I do not see a volunteer button but I may have done that earlier to get
the login.

You'll need to click the 'Volunteer' button after you're logged in.
