There is nothing like reset password. You need to login with your
temporary password, then click your username in the upper right corner
and go to "Me" menu. Then check "Change password:" option, type your new
password and click "Edit" button.
If you want me to reset your password, let me know.

this is because you didn't select version 8.0 from the Version
dropdown which the Java Editor test specification is written for.
Since nobody created a newer clone, it is not offered for versions
9/10/11 or 12.
Always find out the latest version for the specification you want
to test and then select it when creating a new volunteer assignment.

added since the last version 11.0. Helping is easy! Just login to
Synergy, go to the test run [1], create an assignment for you and
then begin the testing by clicking the Start button. Synergy will
navigate you. Your task is to perform the steps shown and then click
Pass or Failed. No rocket science, right? :)
