I can do Composer, Debugging, Editor, Projects and Wizards, some of the
Interface.
Generally regarding the interface though, the issue with it is that most
of the configuration happens at a global level, which is mostly not how
the PHP work is being done nowadays. So while I'm willing to test the
Interface specs, I feel this is not as useful area as others at the moment.
