Basically any configuration that has to do with frameworks or tools that
used to be installed globally from PEAR, they're now usually installed
as project dependencies using Composer. No pressure though, I realize it
might require a large volume of work to do :)

Generally regarding the interface though, the issue with it is
that most
of the configuration happens at a global level, which is mostly
not how
the PHP work is being done nowadays. So while I'm willing to test the
