Why, oh why, would anyone want to have the Netconnect dock bar running
in the background without the dock bar actually being displayed? Hmm?
Incidentally, this phenomenon also occurs if you click the exit gadget
as well, which can be done by accident if you're a clumsy oaf like me.
It's an annoying little bug, not a can't live without feature.
