If you're doing it without Cyberguard are you using Enforcer?

I just tested it with Workbench /again/  and it hasn't gone away. 
Maybe, is it possible that a patch can cause other programs to create
enforcer hits?  It only seems to happen, as I said last time, when I
hit the 'Queue' button.  What goes on during this part of the program?
I don't run MultiCX or MCP - I'm nearly running clean :) except for
VisualPrefs which I also tried without and MD-II still causes the hit
which is described as a LONG read from address $0.
